Goodwill supports our local community through workforce development programs that help build and sustain the workforce of tomorrow. To continue to accomplish this mission and fill the pipeline with skilled workers for work today and well into the future, we need your support. Your organization needs to get involved in order to help us secure the future of this community - which includes the future of your company.
Each year Goodwill helps 30,000 people in our community through career development education and opportunities. This includes helping 4,500 adults get off of welfare (today's workforce) and helping 20,000 teenagers with career development skills (tomorrow's workforce).

- Encourage employees to volunteer
